Animoto
The link is "I just made a movie in animoto". Click on that and it takes you to the video. I made this video on my iphone and then used the animoto application to send to my blog!!! Hopefully it is viewable by other people! When I click on the phrase it takes me to the animoto site.

I think the role of the librarian has definitely evolved to how the teacher was described in the video. We are all, as educators, facilitators of learning. In the past, librarians have been mainly thought of as literacy promoters but this role has been redefined. Literacy promotion now involves technology and digital literacy. The students still need teachers to help them with proper etiquette and grammar- but they "teach the teacher on the technoglogy". In this sense, the role of the teacher and student have changed into collaborators in learning.
